Hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl

3. Hello, I Love You by Katie M. Stout

4. The Rattle-Rat by Janwillem van de Wetering

5. The Noise of Infinite Longing by Luisita López Torregrosa

  1. The Bagel Sandwich Bang is such a fun, unique title. I can definitely see it being a quirky song title.

  2. You’ve got me humming: Hello I Love You Won’t You Tell Me You’re Name by the Doors. Good choices. https://pmprescott.blogspot.com/2020/11/ttt-111020.html

  3. Great list! I particularly love No. 5, it feels to me like it’d make a beautiful title track of a movie soundtrack (probably a movie of the same name!)

  4. I think these titles would definitely fit a wide range of genres 😃 I can see some punk, some alternative, some pop, some eclectic sounds… I would definitely give some of these a listen! Lol great list, Lydia 🙂

  5. These would all be such fun song titles! I can see The Bagel Sandwich Bang being a fun pop-punk song, and The Noise of Infinite Longing would be such a nice indie song, like I can already hear someone like Bon Iver singing it 🙂

  6. I like all of those titles actually! Some of them are so quirky?? I don’t know how to explain it but I really dig it.

  7. A Crack in the Edge of the World and Temple of a Thousand Faces would both make awesome song titles! I would definitely listen to those if they were songs. Great TTT. 😊

  8. Jo

Hello I Love You is a song by The Doors, they did a cover of it on Glee I think! The Bagel Sandwich Bang is such a cool title 🙂

  9. This is really going to show my age, but Roxette had a song called Joyride and it opened with “Hello, you fool, I love you.” I immediately started singing it when I read that title. Ha! Great list!

  10. Lex

Excellent thought-provoking titles. Temple of a Thousand Faces for something epic. Crooked Little Heart for something sad but also funny. The Noise of Infinite Longing and I Know This Much when pining for love.

  11. Great picks! And I love that picture of the singing bird you included. That’s a very happy picture.

  12. OMG! I’m laughing my socks off at some of those choices, Lydia! I mean, come on, The Bagel Sandwich Bang? That would be great as a US-blues number, right?

  13. Ha – are there any other responses but Spandau Ballet’s ‘True’ to I Know This Much is True?

  14. The Noise of Infinite Longing sounds like a song the would be either angsty or really relaxing. Great picks!

  15. What a great list! Crooked Little Heart and A Crack in the Edge of the World would make amazing song titles.

  16. The Noise of Infinite Longing sounds like it would be a haunting ballad. Happy TTT!

  17. Great list! Crooked Little Heart sounds like a country song.

  18. The Bagel Sandwich Bang?! *laughs forever* However did you find out about that one?

The Day Lincoln Was Shot sounds like Lumineers song, and Crooked Little Hearts makes me think of Tori Amos. Great choices, as per usual!

  19. I KNow This Much Is True reminded me of True by Spandau Ballet.

  20. Cool picks! “Crooked Little Heart” by Anne Lamott is giving me a Paramore vibe. The Bagel Sandwich Bang’s music video would probably go viral.

  21. Crooked Little Heart and Hello, I love you have just been added to my list of to read. Nice list and the do all sound like good song titles.

  22. I think A Crack In The Edge Of The World would make a great indie rock song!

  23. “Hello, I love you” is a song by The Doors. (“Hello, I love you, won’t you tell me your name?”)

Here’s my TTT list this week.

  24. I hear Bagel Sandwich Bang like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vEtbfzMLVWU [Stray Cat Strut] But, now I have the Doors in my mind….lol “Hello, I Love You” blasted from my brother’s bedroom for a year at least! lol

  25. Lots of great choices here and for some reason I can vividly imagine them as falling into the alternative rock category.

  26. These are definitely unique titles – for books and songs! I think Crooked Little Heart is my fave.

    Happy TTT!

  27. There’s a whole lotta of punk rock feelings coming off your chosen titles. I love it!

  28. Temple of a Thousand Faces and A Crack in the Edge of the World would make amazing song titles for sure! Darn, now I’m going to have Spandau Ballet in my head all day…https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AR8D2yqgQ1U

  29. I can hear Crooked Little Heart as a companion song to Pretty Little Head by Eliza Rickman. 🙂

  30. I totally feel like I can hear so many of these. Great list!

  31. Crooked Little Heart would be areally good song title. 😍 I’ll check out these books too, they sound really interesting.

  32. Temple of a Thousand Faces would make a great title. Would have been one for David Bowie.

I have also read I know this much is true, brilliant book as anything by href=”http://momobookblog.blogspot.com/search/label/Author%3A%20Wally%20Lamb”>Wally Lamb/a>. I’ll check out your review. Alwyas nice to talk about books we read.

Thanks for visiting my TTT earlier.

By the way, the link you left, doesn’t work.

    • Thanks for letting me know. I feel like the link I left on your last TTT post didn’t work either? (Or maybe I’ve mixed you up with someone else?) Either way, I’ll do my best to get to the bottom of it.

I’m glad you liked I Know This Much Is True.

  33. Loving the list! I really need Lin-Manual Miranda to do a song for The Day Lincoln was Shot.

  34. These would make some really interesting song choices. Have a great week.

  35. I’m getting punk rock vibes from The Day Lincoln Was Shot. Great choices, Lydia!

  36. Those titles sound so good as song titles. It made me hum just reading the titles.

  37. Donna van Eck

These all would be wonderful songs!

  38. These are all really good picks and are definitely songs I’d listen to. Rattle Rat sounds like it would have been some 15 minute 70’s rock opus from a band like Jefferson Airplane.

  39. The Rattle-Rat is such a great title—I’d love to hear that song!

  40. Wow, you’ve got a lot of great choices here! I love them all. I think my favorites, though, are Temple of a Thousand Faces and A Crack in the Edge of the World. Talk about titles that grab you!
