I’ve written several posts about books that make me hungry, so I narrowed down this week’s topic to make it more of a challenge. Here are ten literary cookbooks that make me hungry.

  5. What a wonderful list. I like to look at recipe books like this but rarely ever make any foods from them. I wonder if the Fairy Tale Foods book has the recipe for Turkish Delight, which is such an important treat from The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe?

  22. Some of these sound amazing. The drinks cookbook would be fun — I love fancy cocktails, even though I rarely have them. Fairy Tale Desserts and the American Girl cookbook both sound like books that would have been great to have when my daughter was little. Great list!

  27. I love this! I think I’ve only ever owned one cookbook coz now I just follow random recipes I find online but I’ve been discovering SO MANY with this week’s prompt! So many unique titles and unique cuisines and dishes too 😍 Love it!

  32. Oooh, some of these sound so cool! I don’t ever read these kinds of cookbooks and make the actual recipes. I just like looking through them to see what people came up with for literary references. Great list! 🙂

  37. Oooooh I forgot the Hunger Games Cookbook existed! I wish I had it. XD And American Girl! Ah that brings back memories. <3 I recently went on Amazon and put like a collection of each American Girl's historical books on my wish list that I remember loving cuz I suddenly had the urge to reread them all. 😛 I think I owned the cookbook at one point but I don't anymore. :/ Now as an adult I wish I could recollect all of them for my own library and maybe pass on to my daughter one day if I ever have one.

  44. I don’t remember having the cookbook, but I used to be SO into American Girl. I still like to browse a catalog from them now and again for nostalgia and still own all of the things I was gifted or bought from them over the years. 🙂 Thanks so much for the recent(ish!) visits to Finding Wonderland; my apologies for the delay in visiting here.
