Top Ten Tuesday: Book Covers That Make Me Hungry

Hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl

Be warned: you may want to grab a snack before reading this post. I won’t be held responsible for any cravings these book covers might encourage.

On a more serious note, I chose these books based on their covers alone as I haven’t read any of them yet. If you’ve read them, I’d sure like to hear your thoughts on them!

  1. Oh, man. Your warning was a little too late. I already spotted the first of the covers, and now I’m hungry, and I still hold you responsible. xD Love all these foodie covers! The doggie cupcakes are so freaking cute. The chocolates, I think, look the tastiest to me and that title just grabs my attention. It sounds interesting.

    Here’s my TTT post.

  2. Ooh I love food on a cover! A good cover with food on it always makes me hungry too lol. Of these I especially like The Pie and PAstry Bible and One Bowl (I am all about the soup). Also Artisan Bread because- bread!! Haha great topic!

  3. Whenever I open a box of appetizing new cookbooks at the library we pass it around the office and ooh and ahh. I have 4 cookbooks lined up at home currently for that very reason. Right now that artisan bread cover is speaking the loudest to me.

    • Thank you for your kind words. Maybe you can borrow this theme for a future TTT post when the regular theme doesn’t work for you or when it’s an open theme? 🙂

  4. I’m eating dinner as I read this post but it’s definitely making me hungry as well?! Haha especially the dessert covers! Oooh that pie looks sooo delicious and those cupcakes too! *drooling* Love your take on the cover freebie, Lydia!

  5. The Pie and Pastry Bible looks delicious! And the Adultery Diet sounds hysterical! My stomach was already growling before I read this, now I’m wishing the donut lady had shown up yesterday with the loot (we have a patron that works at a bakery and brings us donut and bagels).

  6. Oh, you’re so right! These covers definitely make me hungry!
[Excuse me while I go gulp down my hidden stash of Toblerone!😂]

Great Post! Have a great reading week!

  7. None of these covers makes me hungry. I don’t like them but the ‘Hello, cupcake’ one is cute but a little freaky. I don’t like eating animal shaped or animal-like desserts.

Thank you for your visit to my blog, have a lovely day.

  8. Such a fun spin on this past week’s topic, Lydia. Love it; and you’re right! Some of these covers feature some pretty yummy (looking) and tempting things. Thanks so much for the visit to Finding Wonderland last week, I appreciate it. 🙂
